All client relationships are underpinned by our comprehensive service delivery management approach, and includes:
- A dedicated Service Delivery Manager for continuous service management and improvement, a single point of contact for escalation and major incident management, escalation and risk management / mitigation
- Monthly service reporting and face to face meetings
- Continual service improvement
